(8/1/14) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 22:1333(F) and to enact R.S. 22:1333(G), relative to2 homeowner's insurance policies; to prohibit these policies from excluding coverage3 of the intentional act of policy holders' minor child; and to provide for related4 matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 22:1333(F) is hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 22:1333(G)7 is hereby enacted to read as follows:8 ยง1333. Homeowner's insurance; insurer's non-renewal without cause; inclusion in9 insured's file prohibited; certain prohibitions10 * * *11 F.
