Page 1 of 1 Regular Session, 2014 ENROLLED SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 184 BY SENATOR JOHN SMITH A RESOLUTION To commend Dottie Neugebauer for her many contributions and years of loyal and dedicated service and commitment to education in Vernon Parish and in Louisiana. WHEREAS, it is with great appreciation that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana recognizes Dottie Neugebauer for her many years of loyal and dedicated service and on her commitment to education in Vernon Parish and in Louisiana; and WHEREAS, she has devoted forty-four years of service to education in the Louisiana school systems; forty-one of those years of service has been in Vernon Parish, and for thirty-six of those years, she has served as Director of Special Education for the parish; and WHEREAS, her efficiency and devotion to duty under the most trying of circumstances has enabled the education process to move forward with the smoothness and speed so necessary to its proper functioning; and WHEREAS, the success of the state of Louisiana, the strength of our communities, and the overall vitality of American society depend, in great measure, upon dedicated people like Dottie Neugebauer; and WHEREAS, through her dedicated and loyal service to the children of Vernon Parish, she has earned the sincere gratitude and respect of the members of the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana do hereby commend and extend their sincere expression of appreciation to Dottie Neugebauer for her many years of loyal, dedicated service, and on her commitment to education in Vernon Parish and in Louisiana.
