A RESOLUTION
To urge and request the Department of Transportation and Development to install signs on
Interstate 10 for Loyola University New Orleans.
WHEREAS, Loyola University New Orleans is one of several institutions of learning
that attracts thousands of visitors and students from diverse backgrounds; and
WHEREAS, signs on Interstate 10 for Loyola University New Orleans would assist
both students and visitors.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
does hereby urge and request the Department of Transportation and Development to install
signs on Interstate 10 for Loyola University New Orleans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the
secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development.
