ACT 54 (HB 155) 2015 Regular Session Danahay
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in Calcasieu Parish from the division
of administration to William Marcantel and Sarah Marcantel. Provides for the reservation
of mineral rights to the state.
Provides that if the agreement is not entered into on or before Dec. 31, 2018, the
authorization to enter the agreement shall terminate and be null and void on that date and
thereafter.
Effective upon signature of governor (June 5, 2015).
