Prior law provides for a nine member commission.
New law reduces the number of members on the commission from nine to seven.
Prior law requires that four members of the commission shall be active distributors.
New law reduces the number of members that are active distributors from four to two.
Prior law requires the commission to meet quarterly and allows them to also meet on the call
of the chairman.
New law requires the commission to meet as needed on the call of the chairman or upon the
request of any three members.
Effective Aug. 1, 2015.
