1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 49:214.5.2(F), relative to functions and responsibilities of the
3 Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Board; to provide for the availability
4 of certain resources to satisfy mitigation requirements related to integrated coastal
5 protection projects of the board; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 49:214.5.2(F) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows
8 ยง214.5.2. Functions and responsibilities; Coastal Protection and Restoration
9 Authority Board

11 F. Upon the approval by the board, and notwithstanding any law to the
12 contrary, the authority, the state, or any political subdivision thereof, may use its own
13 employees or equipment resources for satisfying any mitigation requirements
14 resulting from or related to an integrated coastal protection project.
