Abstract: Authorizes a blood type designation to be included on the front of a person's driver's
license or special identification card.
Present law provides relative to driver's licenses and special identification cards issued by the Dept.
of Public Safety and Corrections, public safety services. Provides relative to certain information to
be included on the front of each.
Proposed law authorizes a blood type designation to be included on the front of a person's driver's
license or special identification card. Requires the promulgation of rules and regulations by the
Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections, public safety services.
