Requests the State Bd. of Elementary and Secondary Education to study the feasibility and costs of
establishing a student resource center for students in approved home study programs and using
surplus space in immovable property owned by the state for such programs and to submit a written
report of findings and recommendations to the House and Senate education committees at least 60
days prior to the beginning of the 2016 R.S.
