Requests each agency in the executive branch of state government to develop and implement a crisis
leave pool that would enable employees to donate leave which could be used by employees who
cannot work due to a crisis situation and who have insufficient leave to cover the absence required
by the crisis situation.
Requests the Dept. of State Civil Service to report on the status of the adoption of crisis leave pools
by agencies in the executive branch of state government to the committees on House and
Governmental Affairs and Senate and Governmental Affairs by Jan. 15, 2016.
