HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 134

A RESOLUTION
To commend Argent Financial Group upon the celebration of its twenty-fifth anniversary.
WHEREAS, Argent Financial Group is an independent wealth management company
dedicated to helping citizens in Louisiana and across the South attain and maintain financial
security; and
WHEREAS, the history of Argent Financial Group dates back to 1990 when The
Trust Company of Louisiana was formed; and
WHEREAS, in 2000, after ten years of building the company's foundation, Argent
Financial Group, Incorporated, was established; and
WHEREAS, after twenty-five years of diligent effort and service, Argent Financial
Group now has twenty offices located in ten states to help protect, manage, and grow the
financial assets of its clients; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize the financial contributions made by Argent
Financial Group to its many clients throughout its twenty-five years of dedicated service.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Argent Financial Group upon its twenty-fifth
anniversary and does hereby extend best wishes for continued success and prosperity in the
years to come.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted
to Kyle McDonald, chief executive officer of Argent Financial Group.
