ENROLLED 2015 Regular Session HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 164 BY REPRESENTATIVES MIKE JOHNSON AND HENRY B URNS A RESOLUTION To commend the Bossier Little League softball team for its outstanding achievements and for representing the state of Louisiana in the 2014 Little League Softball World Series. WHEREAS, it is appropriate to commend the Bossier Little League softball team for its outstanding achievements and its selection to participate in the 2014 Little League Softball World Series; and WHEREAS, the Bossier Little League softball team completed a sensational 2014 season and captured second place against New Jersey's Robbinsville Little League softball team in the 2014 Little League World Series; and WHEREAS, the Bossier Little League softball team merits a sincere measure of commendation for their great skill and sportsmanship; and WHEREAS, the Bossier Little League softball team was guided with outstanding leadership by Head Coach and Manager Jason Ennis, Coach John Easom, and Coach Todd Chaffin; and WHEREAS, the exceptional members of the Bossier Little League softball team who deserve recognition include Brooklyn Brandon, Jessica Baffuto, Raelin Chaffin, Kourtnee White, Madison Ennis, Mackenzie Chaffin, Alexis Gray, Reagan Jorstad, Caroline Easom, and Hannah Borah; and WHEREAS, the House of Representatives wishes to recognize the Bossier Little League softball team and to express its congratulations to the team members and coaches for the merits won and the sportsmanship shown in the 2014 Little League World Series. Page 1 of 2 HR NO. 164 ENROLLED THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend the Bossier Little League softball team for its outstanding achievements and its selection to play in the 2014 Little League World Series and does hereby extend best wishes to the players, coaches, and everyone involved with this outstanding softball program as they prepare for continued success in the future. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted to Jason Ennis, head coach and manager of the Bossier Little League softball team.
