CONDOLENCES: Expresses condolences upon the death of Krischel Iman Nance
1 A RESOLUTION
2To express the condolences of the House of Representatives upon the death of Krischel Iman
3 Nance.
4 WHEREAS, it was with deep regret and profound sorrow that the members of the
5Louisiana House of Representatives learned of the death of Krischel Iman Nance, on
6Saturday, March 28, 2015, at the age of thirty; and
7 WHEREAS, born on January 16, 1985, she was the loving daughter of Rhoda M.
8Justin and the late Kevin M. Nance; and
9 WHEREAS, she will forever be remembered for her strength and passion for life;
10and
11 WHEREAS, Krischel Iman Nance leaves to cherish her memory her beloved fiancé,
12Marlon J. Turner, and numerous family members, nieces and nephews, and friends; and
13 WHEREAS, although the death of Krischel Iman Nance has left a great void and
14created a genuine sense of sorrow, her legacy shall forever remain in the minds and hearts
15of all who knew and loved this extraordinary woman.
16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
17Legislature of Louisiana does hereby express sincere and heartfelt condolences upon the
18death of Krischel Iman Nance and does hereby extend enduring appreciation for the pride
19and honor that this wonderful woman will forever bring to her family, friends, community,
20and the state of Louisiana.

1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted
2to the family of Krischel Iman Nance.
