LSU SYSTEM. Provides for funding of state hospitals operated by the Board of Supervisors
of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College. (8/1/15)
1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 17:1519.2(C), relative to state hospitals operated by the Board of Supervisors
3 of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College; to provide
4 with respect to funding; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 17:1519.2(C) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
7 ยง1519.2. State hospitals operated by the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State
8 University and Agricultural and Mechanical College as part of the
9 Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center

11 C. The funding of the entities listed in Subsection B of this Section are
12 subject to the provisions of R.S. 17:1519.6.
