SCR 29 Enrolled 2015 Regular Session Morrell
Extends the study and reporting deadline of the Capital Punishment Fiscal Impact
Commission from January 1, 2016, to January 1, 2018, and extends the termination date of
the commission from no later than January 1, 2016, to no later than January 2, 2018.
Further provides that the commission was created by SCR 54 of the 2014 RS to study the
fiscal impact of capital punishment in this state.
Requires commission to submit the report to chairman of the Senate Judiciary B Committee,
the chairman of the House Committee on Administration of Criminal Justice, and the
legislature.
