SENATE CONCURRENT RESOL UTION NO. 40
BY SENATOR GUILLORY AND REPRESENTATI VE HARRIS
A CONCURRENT RESOL UTION
To commend Destin Sensky for his time as President of the Louisiana State University
College Republicans.
WHEREAS, Destin Sensky, a student at Louisiana State University, has served as
President of the Louisiana State University College Republicans for the 2014-2015 academic
year; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky has served previously as vice president of the
Louisiana State University College Republicans; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky also dedicated his time by serving as State Financial
Director for the Louisiana Federation of College Republicans; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky has shown great leadership in his time with
Louisiana's College Republicans, despite being from Texas; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky has shown a level of political activism for which all
young people should strive; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky should consider making Louisiana his permanent
home; and
WHEREAS, President Sensky will surely succeed in whichever field he chooses.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana commends
Destin Sensky for his service as President of the Louisiana State University College
Republicans and as State Financial Director of the Louisiana Federation of College
Republicans.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana extends its warmest
congratulations and best wishes to President Sensky upon his graduation from Louisiana
State University.
