HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 26
BY REPRESENTATIVE GAINES
A RESOLUTION
To commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named Psychology Educator of the Year at
Tulane University School of Medicine.
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named
Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine and to recognize
her outstanding contributions and dedication to excellence in education; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Keyes received a doctor of philosophy degree in applied
developmental psychology from the University of New Orleans; and
WHEREAS, she completed her postdoctoral fellowship in infant mental health at
Tulane University School of Medicine; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Keyes is currently an associate professor of psychiatry at Tulane
University School of Medicine for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences;
and
WHEREAS, Dr. Angela Keyes merits a special measure of commendation upon
being named Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named
Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine; does hereby
recognize and record for posterity her extraordinary contributions and outstanding
accomplishments; and does hereby extend to her best wishes for continued success and
happiness in the years to come.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted
to Dr. Angela Keyes.
