SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 23

SENATE. Commends Eugene Dunn upon the occasion of his retirement as the Caldwell
Parish Clerk of Court.
1 A RESOLUTION
2 To commend Eugene Dunn upon his retirement as the Caldwell Parish Clerk of Court.
3 WHEREAS, after more than thirty years of highly effective service, Eugene Dunn
4 has decided to retire as the clerk of court for Caldwell Parish; and
5 WHEREAS, on July 1, 1984, Eugene Dunn began his service as the clerk of court
6 for Caldwell Parish and will continue his service of excellence until he retires on June 30,
7 2016; and
8 WHEREAS, Eugene Dunn's service to the people of Caldwell Parish has been
9 exceptional; and
10 WHEREAS, Eugene Dunn has been blessed with his wife, Susan Hodges Dunn, his
11 three children, Courtney Dunn, Collin Dunn, and Curt Dunn, as well as his six
12 grandchildren, Graci, Blaise, Anisten, Blaiden, Mae, and Blayne, who have all shown
13 enduring support for his work as the clerk of court for Caldwell Parish.
14 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
15 does hereby commend Eugene Dunn upon his retirement as the Caldwell Parish Clerk of
16 Court.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to
18 Eugene Dunn.
