APPROPRIATIONS: Makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017
1 AN ACT
2To appropriate funds from certain sources to be allocated to designated agencies and
3 purposes in specific amounts for the making of supplemental appropriations for
4 Fiscal Year 2016-2017; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related
5 matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated from the sources specified
8for the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
9 DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, RECREATION AND TOURISM
1006-264OFFICE OF STATE PARKS
11Payable out of the State General Fund by
12Statutory Dedications out of the Bossier City
13Riverfront and Civic Center Fund to the Parks and
14Recreation Program for Lake Bistineau State Park $ 50,000
15 Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2016.
