TRANSPORTATION: Provides relative to tolls
1 AN ACT
2To enact Subpart B of Part I of Chapter 3 of Title 48 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of
3 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 48:801, relative to tolls; to authorize tolls to be
4 collected on certain highways or bridges; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. Subpart B of Part I of Chapter 3 of Title 48 of the Louisiana Revised
7Statutes of 1950, to be comprised of R.S. 48:801, is hereby enacted to read as follows:
8 SUBPART B. TOLLS
9 ยง801. Authorization of tolls on new roads and new capacity lanes
10 Tolls may be collected on newly constructed highways or bridges and on
11 lanes added to existing toll-free highways or bridges.
