Abstract: Requires the Dept. of Health and Hospitals to add a provision to the state sanitary code
providing for biannual rabies vaccinations for animals.
Present law requires the Dept. of Health and Hospitals (department) to enact in the sanitary code all
necessary provisions concerning the requirements for the control of rabies in animals.
Proposed law adds biannual rabies vaccinations to the provisions that the department must enact in
the sanitary code concerning the requirements for the control of rabies in animals.
