Abstract: Restricts the requirement of wearing safety helmets to motorcycle operators and riders
under 21 years of age.
Present law requires that all motorcycle operators and riders wear a safety helmet.
Proposed law modifies present law by restricting the application to motorcycle operators and riders
under 21 years of age.
