BY REPRESENTATIVES HENSGENS, ADAMS, TERRY BROWN, FRANKLIN,
GISCLAIR, GUINN, HOWARD, LEBAS, AND NORTON
1 AN ACT
2 To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 27 in Cameron Parish as the "Terry Cox
3 Memorial Highway"; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 27, also known as West Creole
6 Highway, between its intersection with Louisiana Highway 384 and Cox Road north of
7 Cameron and Creole in Cameron Parish, shall be hereinafter known and designated as the
8 "Terry Cox Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
10 hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
