1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S.24:55(D)(3) and R.S. 49:76(D)(3), relative to lobbying; to provide relative to
3 reporting; to provide for prohibitions; to provide for penalties; and to provide for
4 related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 24:55(D)(3) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
7 §55. Lobbyist expenditure reports

11 (3) For the purposes of this Section, the aggregate amount or any per-
12 occasion amount attributable to a legislator or the spouse or minor child of a
13 legislator or public servant, other than a legislator, in the legislative branch of state
14 government shall not include any expenditure made at an event that the legislator,
15 spouse, minor child, or public servant did not attend.
