1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A)(4), relative to financial disclosure; to require certain public
3 employees in specified positions with state and statewide retirement systems to file
4 financial disclosure statements; to provide for penalties; and to provide for related
5 matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A)(4) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
8 ยง1124.2.1. Financial disclosure; members of boards and commissions
9 A. Each of the following, except a person who is required to file a financial
10 statement pursuant to R.S. 42:1124 or 1124.2, shall annually file a financial
11 statement as provided in this Section:

13 (4) The executive director or person holding the equivalent position of each
14 state and statewide retirement system specified in R.S. 11:4.
