HOUSE BILL NO. 957

GAMBLING/VIDEO POKER:  Provides with respect to wagering at video draw poker
facilities
1	AN ACT
2To amend and reenact R.S. 27:405(D), relative to wagering on video draw poker devices;
3 to provide with respect to the amount which can be wagered on video draw poker
4 devices; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  R.S. 27:405(D) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง405.  Description and specifications of devices

9	D.  A video draw poker device may have a mechanism that accepts cash in
10 the form of bills with a of any legal tender or denomination not to exceed twenty
11 dollars.
