(1/1/17) 1 AN ACT 2 To enact R.S. 39:129, relative to capital outlay; to provide requirements for certain entities 3 and organizations receiving capital outlay funding; to provide for certain terms, 4 conditions, and procedures; and to provide for related matters. 5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 6 Section 1. R.S. 39:129 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง129. Entity or organization collecting a general admission charge; 8 requirements for receipt of certain capital outlay funding 9 If an entity or organization has received one million dollars in capital 10 outlay funding for a project that collects a general admission charge, such entity 11 or organization shall designate six days each year where Louisiana residents are 12 exempt from paying the general admission charge. 13 Section 2.
