1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact Section 2 of Act No. 866 of the 2014 Regular Session of the
3 Legislature of Louisiana, relative to the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry; to
4 provide relative to the domicile of the board and certain proceedings; to provide for
5 an extension of the effective date of such Section 2 from 2017 to 2018; and to
6 provide for related matters.
7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
8 Section 1. Section 2 of Act No. 866 of the 2014 Regular Session of the Legislature
9 of Louisiana is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
10 Section 2. The provisions of R.S. 37:753(I) and 786(A)(1) and (C) as
11 amended by Section 1 of this Act shall become effective January 1, 2017 2018.
