Requests the La. State Law Institute to study the feasibility of whether revisions to present
laws of the state are necessary in light of other states' laws that expressly authorize a testator
to refer, in his testament, to a written statement or list in order to dispose of certain items of
corporeal movable property.
Requires a report of to the legislature no later than February 1, 2017.
