The following sum is hereby appropriated from the source specified 31 and in the amount specified for the purpose of making supplemental capital outlay 32 appropriations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017. Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, any 9 appropriation contained in Schedule 20-901 Sales Tax Dedications or Schedule 20-945 State 10 Aid to Local Governmental Entities, in Act No. 17 of the 2016 Regular Session of the 11 Legislature which appropriation has a valid Cooperative Endeavor Agreement on June 30, 12 2017, shall be deemed a bona fide obligation through December 31, 2017 and all other 13 provisions of the Cooperative Endeavor Agreements, including but not limited to, the 14 reporting requirements, shall be performed as agreed. 15 Section 4B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any appropriation 16 contained in Other Requirements, Schedule 20-901 Sales Tax Dedications in Act 14 of the 17 2013 Regular Session of the Legislature for the Town of Delhi for the Cave Theater in the 18 amount of $20,000 shall be deemed a bona fide obligation through June 30, 2018 and all 19 provisions of the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement executed between the Town of Delhi and 20 the Department of the Treasury, including but not limited to the requirements shall be 21 performed as agreed. 22 Section 4C. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any appropriation 23 contained in Other Requirements, Schedule 20-901 Sales Tax Dedications in Act 54 of the 24 2013 Regular Session of the Legislature for the Town of Arnaudville in the amount of 25 $20,000 shall be deemed a bona fide obligation through June 30, 2018 and all provisions of 26 the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement executed between the Town of Arnaudville and the 27 Department of the Treasury, including but not limited to the requirements shall be performed 28 as agreed. 29 Section 5. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any appropriation 30 payable with Statutory Dedications out of the State Emergency Response Fund or Statutory 31 Dedications out of the Overcollections Fund contained in Schedule 01-112 Department of 32 Military Affairs, Schedule 08A Department of Corrections, Schedule 09-306 Medical 33 Vendor Payments, Schedule 10-360 Department of Children and Family Services, and Page 15 of 16 HB NO. 5 ENROLLED 1 Schedule 19-610 Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Health Care Services 2 Division in this bill shall be deemed a bona fide obligation through June 30, 2018. Any such 3 appropriation shall be subject to the recognition by the Revenue Estimating Conference of 4 such funds being available. 5 Section 6. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not 6 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature 7 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If 8 vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become 9 effective on the day following such approval.
