Provides for net increases (decreases) as follows: State General Fund (Direct) no change; Interagency Transfers by $8,432,766; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by $64,184,768, Statutory Dedications by $54,356,502, and Federal Funds by $3,945,903. Also nullifies $17,000,000 in State General Fund (Direct) appropriations contained in Act 17 of the 2016 Regular Session of the Legislature from money paid in protest and held in escrow. Make supplemental changes to Capital Outlay Act increasing Interagency Transfers by $1,940,000 and Fees and Self-generated Revenues by $13,250,000 and spending $5,000,000 of interest earnings. Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
