PROPERTY/PUBLIC. Authorizes the transfer of certain property near Spanish Lake
in Iberia Parish.
DIGEST
Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in Iberia Parish from the
commissioner of administration through the office of state lands and the Dept. of Wildlife
and Fisheries to James A. Holleman. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights to the
state.
Requires the proceeds of such sale be deposited into the La. Wildlife and Fisheries
Conservation Fund.
Requires the transfer take place on or before 1/01/2020.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.

1. Adds the secretary of the Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries as the authorized
agent of the state to transfer the property.
