PROPERTY/PUBLIC:  Authorizes the transfer of certain property near Spanish Lake in Iberia Parish
Report rejects Senate amendments which would have:
1. Included the secretary of the Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries as one of the two agents of the
state whose authorization would be needed to transfer the property.
2. Required the proceeds of the sale of certain property in the Parish of Iberia be deposited into
the La. Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation Fund.
3. Required that the transfer take place on or before Jan. 1, 2020.
4. Authorized the commissioner of administration to transfer the parking garage at 300 LaSalle
St. and Gravier St. in New Orleans owned by the Health Education Authority of Louisiana
(HEAL) and all of the movable and immovable equipment, vehicles, supplies, books,
records, documents, papers, monies, improvements, and any other property associated with
that facility, including the right to perform and exercise on behalf of HEAL actions required
in connection with the authorization and issuance of revenue bonds of HEAL.  Further
transfers the powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities of HEAL to the Division of
Administration and abolishes HEAL.

Authorizes the transfer or lease of certain state property in Iberia Parish from the commissioner of
administration through the Office of State Lands to James A. Holleman.  Provides for the reservation
of mineral rights to the state.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
