1 AN ACT
2 To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 377 in the populated place of Dido, Louisiana,
3 in Vernon Parish, as the "Corporal Leonard Carroll Bond Memorial Highway"; and
4 to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 377 in the populated place of Dido,
7 Louisiana, in Vernon Parish, shall hereinafter be known and designated as the "Corporal
8 Leonard Carroll Bond Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development and its contractors
10 are hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
11 provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
12 actual costs for the material, fabrication cost, mounting posts, and installation required for
13 installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
