Abstract:  Requires any school bus, truck-tractor, trailer, semi-trailer, or any combination of these
vehicles to travel in the right hand lane on certain interstate highways.
Proposed law requires any school bus, truck-tractor, trailer, semi-trailer, or any combination of these
vehicles to travel on an interstate highway that is continuously elevated for a length of more than five
miles in the right hand lane or as close as practicable to the right hand curb or edge of roadway,
except when preparing to exit the interstate using a signed left exit.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
