Designates a portion of US 425 in Franklin Parish as the "Trooper Bobby Smith 'Vision of Courage'
Memorial Highway", notwithstanding any other law to the contrary.
Designates a portion of US 165 in Ouachita Parish as the "Sterlington Police Officer David Elahi
Memorial Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of these designations, provided local or private monies
are received by the department to fabricate and install the signs.
Effective August 1, 2017.
