1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 46:440.8, relative to the task force on coordination of Medicaid
3 fraud detection and prevention initiatives created within the office of the legislative
4 auditor; to extend the termination date of the statutes creating and providing for the
5 task force; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 46:440.8 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
8 ยง440.8. Termination
9 The provisions of this Subpart shall terminate on August 1, 2018 2019.
