HB 219 Original	2018 Regular Session	Jackson
Abstract:  Requires every district clerk of court to become a member of Louisiana Clerks' Remote
Access Authority (LCRAA), and requires a report to the legislature.
Present law only requires the LCRAA to be made up of district clerks of court that enrolled on or
before Sept. 1, 2014.  
Proposed law requires every district clerk of court to become a member of LCRAA by July 1, 2020. 
Additionally, it requires the LCRAA to submit a report to the legislature including the information
categorized by parish; reports should include all participating members, non-participating members,
and information available online.
