1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 37:2156(C)(3)(d)(i), relative to contractor fees; to distribute
3 certain fees collected by the State Licensing Board for Contractors to certain
4 universities and colleges; to require each accredited public university receive twice
5 as much funds as each community college; and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 37:2156(C)(3)(d)(i) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as
8 follows:

13 (d) The funds collected pursuant to this Subsection shall be distributed as
14 follows:
15 (i) One-half on a pro rata basis to each accredited public university
16 university's or community college school college's schools of construction
17 management or construction technology. However, each accredited public
18 university shall receive twice as much funds as each community college.
