Present law provides for the membership of the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority.
Proposed law adds the Lieutenant Governor, or his designee, as a member of the board. Further
provides that the speaker of the House and president of the Senate shall be authorized to vote and
be counted for purposes of a quorum.
Proposed law makes technical changes to present law.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
