1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 37:3718, relative to the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board; to
3 provide for a termination date of the board; to provide for an effective date; and to
4 provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. R.S. 37:3718 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
7 ยง3718. Termination
8 The provisions of this Chapter shall terminate and have no effect on and after
9 July 1, 2018 2028.
10 Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2018; if vetoed by the governor
11 and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become effective on July 1,
12 2018, or on the day following such approval by the legislature, whichever is later.
