Abstract: Appropriates funds for FY 2019-2020 for expenses of the Louisiana Judiciary, including
the supreme court, courts of appeal, district courts, Criminal Court of Orleans Parish,
juvenile and family courts, and other courts.
Appropriates funds for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 for the ordinary operating expenses of the judicial
branch of government with total funding of $181,722,537 from the following sources: $171,481,612
out of the State General Fund (Direct); and $10,240,925 from statutory dedications out of the Judges'
Supplemental Compensation Fund and the Trial Court Case Management Fund.
Funding for the ordinary operating expenses of the judicial branch of government is provided as
follows:
