HB 350 Original 2019 Regular Session Carpenter
Abstract: Increases the surety bond requirement for third-parties who administer driving skills tests
for Class "A", "B", or "C" driver's licenses.
Present law requires third-party testers administering driving skills tests for Class "A", "B", or "C"
driver's licenses maintain a surety bond in the amount of $10,000.
Proposed law increases the surety bond amount in the present law requirement from $10,000 to
$40,000.
