ROADS/HIGHWAYS.  Redesignates Interstate 10 in Louisiana from the Mississippi State
Line to the Texas State Line as the "Who Dat Nation Highway". (8/1/19)
1	AN ACT
2 To provide relative to state highways; to designate Interstate 10 in Louisiana from the
3 Mississippi State Line to the Texas State Line as the "Who Dat Nation Highway";
4 and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of House Concurrent Resolution No. 360
7 of the 1965 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature to the contrary, Interstate 10 in
8 Louisiana from the Mississippi State Line to the Texas State Line is hereby designated as
9 the "Who Dat Nation Highway".
10 Section 2.  The Department of Transportation and Development is hereby directed
11 to erect and maintain appropriate signs of this designation provided local or private monies
12 are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
13 fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of one
14 thousand one hundred dollars per sign.

Notwithstanding the provisions of HCR No. 360 1965 R.S., designates Interstate 10 in
Louisiana from the Mississippi State Line to the Texas State Line as the "Who Dat Nation
Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of this designation provided local or private
monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material,
fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $1,100 per sign.
