Notwithstanding the provisions of HCR No. 360 1965 R.S., designates Interstate 10 in Louisiana
from the Mississippi State Line to the Texas State Line as the "Who Dat Nation Highway".
Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs of this designation provided local or private monies are
received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting
posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $1,100 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2019.
