DIGEST SB 134 Engrossed 2019 Regular Session Bishop Requires DOTD to add "Home of the Who Dat Nation" signs to Louisiana welcome signs on Interstate 10 in Louisiana at the Texas and Mississippi State Lines and in downtown New Orleans at the exit to the Superdome. Directs DOTD to erect and maintain signs provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed $1,100 per sign.
