New law provides that the maximum number of per diem payments for Consolidated Gravity Drainage Districts No. 1 and No. 2 is 48. New law authorizes the board of commissioners of Consolidated Gravity Drainage Districts No. 1 and No. 2, subject to a two-thirds vote, to pay one elected officer it designates up to 12 additional per diem payments per year for administrative duties.
