Abstract: Adds high level alcoholic content beverages to alcoholic beverages offered for delivery.
Present law provides that only alcoholic beverages of low alcoholic content, beer, sparkling wine as
defined in R.S. 26:2(19), and still wine as defined in R.S. 26:2(20) are offered for
delivery.
Proposed law retains present law and adds high alcoholic content beverages to beverages offered for
delivery.
