Present law provides that only alcoholic beverages of low alcoholic content, beer, sparkling wine as defined in R.S. 26:2(19), and still wine as defined in R.S. 26:2(20) are offered for delivery. Proposed law retains present law and adds high alcoholic content beverages to beverages offered for delivery.
