Mitigation funding associated with the Mid-Barataria Sediment Diversion 9 project; completion of levee improvements by the Lafitte Area Independent 10 Levee District 11 Mitigation monies associated with the funding for the Mid-Barataria 12 Sediment Diversion integrated coastal protection project shall be allocated to the 13 Lafitte Area Independent Levee District and used to complete levee improvements. 14 Levee improvements shall be determined by the Lafitte Area Independent Levee 15 District.
