COASTAL RESOURCES: Requires the Lafitte, Crown Point, and Barataria levee projects
to be completed prior to the completion of the Mid-Barataria Sediment Diversion
project
1 AN ACT
2To provide relative to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority's completion of
3 certain levee projects in a specific order of priority; and to provide for related
4 matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority shall complete the
7Lafitte, Crown Point, and Barataria levee projects prior to completion of the Mid-Barataria
8sediment diversion project.
